1. How to switch
- Export: the owner or the accountant chooses “Export all data” on the application's “Data and security” page. Shortly after, it is ready to download as one ZIP file with all of the account's data, its documents as PDF and ISDOC and every uploaded file. You can request an export at any time and as often as you like.
- Ongoing transfer: all data is also available through version 1 of the public API (OAuth 2), which a new system can read directly.
- Asking to switch: the owner sends us the request the way the end of this section gives, or closes the account straight away. The notice period is 2 months at most, and you may shorten it.
- Transition period: 30 days in which the service keeps running and we help. Should the switch be technically impossible in that time, we say so within 14 days of the request and extend the period to 7 months at most.
- Retrieving the data: after the transition period you have at least 30 more days to download the export. Then we delete all of the account's data, unless the owner chose the archive, which keeps the account read-only with export until the statutory retention period of its documents ends.

2. Register of data structures and formats
The export is a ZIP file. Its data folder holds one JSON file (UTF-8) per table of the account: data/Account.json is one object, every other file an array of rows. Field names are camelCase, enum values snake_case, dates and times ISO 8601 and amounts decimal numbers. Passwords, tokens and keys are never exported.
The register below is generated from the export's own code at every build of the service, so it matches what the export actually writes.

3. Infrastructure and jurisdiction
The account's data and its backups are stored in Microsoft Azure, region West Europe (the Netherlands); geo-redundant backups in North Europe (Ireland). The infrastructure is run by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Ireland, as our processor; the data does not leave the European Union.
Its parent, Microsoft Corporation, is based in the USA, so a request by a third country's authority for access cannot be ruled out. Against access that would conflict with the law of the European Union or the Czech Republic we take these measures:
- Technical: the data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, every account is separated in the database itself, and the operator looks into an account only with the support access its owner grants, every look written to the audit log.
- Contractual: Microsoft's data protection terms bind Microsoft not to disclose data to authorities unless the law requires it, to redirect a request to us, to tell us unless that is prohibited, and to challenge a request that is not lawful.
- Organisational: we hand data to a third country's authority only under an international agreement or a decision meeting the conditions of Article 32 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (the Data Act), give only the minimum necessary, and tell you beforehand unless that is prohibited.
4. Charges
We charge nothing for switching to another provider, for exporting data or for ending the contract early, and impose no penalty. That holds now and after 12 January 2027, from when the Data Act prohibits switching charges.
