Short answers for everyday work, step by step, as the application does it today.
Getting started
The account, your billing details, number series, the people who work in it, a safer sign-in and your contacts.
- Create an accountOne account holds one set of billing details: one company, one company ID. The registry fills in the rest.
- The getting-started guide and Finish setting upAfter your first sign-in a guide sets up your account step by step, shows you your first invoice and ends with a surprise. Whatever you skip waits on the Overview.
- Billing details, VAT mode and defaultsWhat every document says about you, whether it carries VAT, and the values a new document starts with.
- Number seriesA number is given when a document is issued, from the series of its type, with no gaps. Drafts have no number.
- Cost centres and jobsAccounting dimensions of your documents: which part of the business and which engagement a sale belongs to. They are never printed.
- People and rolesWho has access to the account and what they may do in it.
- Two-factor sign-inAfter signing in you also enter a code from an authenticator app on your phone.
- ContactsYour customers and suppliers: found in the register, with the defaults their documents start with.
- Merge or delete a contactJoin a duplicate into the contact that stays, or delete a contact no document uses.
- Plans, the trial and the limitsWhat each plan holds, how the 30-day trial of Whole company runs, and what happens when you reach a limit.
- Buy a plan, extra users or API requestsChoose a plan on the Plan page, say who pays, check the summary and pay on the payment provider’s page.
- The registration offer, discount codes and the bonusA new account may take a discount on its first paid month, an order takes a discount code, and the first-run guide may add a bonus of AI extractions.
- Billing: plan, card and invoicesEverything about what the account pays for: the plan and its renewal, the card, the invoices and the purchases you may still withdraw from.
- Change or cancel the planA higher plan starts at once, a lower one at the end of the paid period, and a cancelled plan runs to its end.
- Withdraw from a purchaseA consumer may withdraw within the withdrawal period, as a rule 14 days of the contract’s conclusion, that is of the payment, on the billing page or through the link in the order’s e-mail.
- Discover what your plan doesThe functions of your plan you have not tried yet, each with a link.
- Menu layouts, All sections and the simple modeWhat the menu and the Overview show first, to suit your work in the account. Neither a layout nor the mode ever changes what you may do.
