Export documents and expenses
Documents or expenses of a period or of a selection, as a file for your accountant or in your accounting program’s format.
Step by step
- Open “Exports” and, under “What can be exported”, choose “Sales documents” or “Expenses”. You can also export a selection from a list: tick the documents and choose “Export” in the bulk actions bar.
- Choose the format: files (PDF to print, ZIP of single PDFs, Excel, CSV, ISDOC, Peppol UBL, XML, and for expenses the originals) or an accounting program (Pohoda, Money S3, ABRA Flexi, Ježek DUEL, EKONOM).
- Under “Period”, pick the year and the part of the year, the whole year, a quarter or a month, or choose “Enter from-to”.
- Under “By the date of”, choose which date the period follows, such as issue or taxable supply.
- If you need to, narrow the export to one customer or supplier, to some states and, for documents, to a type.
- Turn on “Lock exported” if the exported documents should not change any more.
- Choose “Export”. When the export is ready, it shows how many records it took and how many it locked; choose “Download” for the file.
Good to know
Drafts are never exported. A record the chosen format cannot hold is left out, and the export says why.
When you set your accounting program in “Settings” › “Taxes and accounting”, the next export preselects its format.
Contacts, recurring invoices and expenses, the price list and stock have their own tiles on the “Exports” page.
