The web invoice
Every issued invoice has its own page your customer opens from the e-mail.
Step by step
- On the invoice’s detail, “Web invoice” opens the page your customer sees.
- The customer sees the invoice in its design and language, what is left to pay, the QR payment code and the download of the PDF.
- When the customer opens it, the detail says “Seen by the customer”. Your own visits do not count.
Good to know
If your customer also keeps an account here, they can add the invoice to their expenses from the page.
A link that is wrong or withdrawn tells the visitor to ask you for a new one.
