Create an account
One account holds one set of billing details: one company, one company ID. The registry fills in the rest.
Step by step
- Choose “Sign in” on the website and sign in, or create your sign-in on the way.
- At your first sign-in the getting-started guide opens and creates your first account with you; later accounts start from “Create an account”. An account is for a business based in Czechia; your customers can be anywhere.
- Enter the company ID (IČO) and choose “Look up”. The details are filled in from ARES, and everything stays editable.
- Check the country of seat or residence, which follows the billing country. For an EU country, confirm that the seat or your residence is there; for Ukraine, enter its postal code.
- Check the name, the address and the VAT ID, and choose “Create the account”.
- You land on the account’s overview as its owner. “Finish setting up” there lists what is left: your first invoice, your bank account and the rest of the setup.
Good to know
One person may have several accounts, and one company ID may have more than one account. Move between them with the account switcher at the top of the side menu.
A company ID the registry does not know leaves the form to be filled in by hand.
