Deal types
Each type is a pipeline of ordered states; a deal moves through the states of its type.
Step by step
- Open “Settings” › “Deal types” and choose “New type”.
- Fill in the “Name of the type” and the states in the order a deal goes through them. “Add a state” adds another.
- Change the order with the arrows by a state, and rename a state by typing over it.
- Choose “Save the type”. A new deal picks its type on the form.
- Delete a type that has no deal with “Delete the type …”.
Good to know
A saved state stays with its deals and history; you can rename or move it, not remove it.
