Webhooks
Learn at once that an invoice was issued, sent or paid: we send a POST to your address.
Step by step
- Open “Integrations” and, in the “Webhooks” card, choose “Add a webhook”.
- Enter the address and, if you need one, an Authorization header, which we send as it is.
- Tick the events you want to hear about. They are grouped by area, such as documents, contacts, bank and cash, quotes and recurring invoices. Choose “Create”.
- Each event arrives as a POST with an Idempotency-Key header that stays the same on retries.
- “Deliveries” at a webhook shows each attempt with its result and response time. A failed delivery is retried and shows its next attempt; a webhook that keeps failing is marked “Failing”.
- Choose “Pause” to stop a webhook and “Resume” to start it again. Change its address and events with “Edit” at the webhook.
Good to know
A saved Authorization header is not shown when you edit. Leave the field empty to keep the saved value.
