Plans, the trial and the limits

What each plan holds, how the 30-day trial of Whole company runs, and what happens when you reach a limit.

Step by step

  1. Open the plan from the profile menu, “Plan”, or from the band at the top of Settings.
  2. The page shows your plan, when the trial ends and how much of each limit you use, such as customers or API requests this month.
  3. Compare the plans side by side, paid monthly or yearly, in your country’s currency: a consumer with tax, a business before tax. The prices come from the current price list.
  4. A new account starts with 30 days of Whole company once its limits start, then continues on Free unless it chooses another plan.
  5. When your plan lacks a function, the application says so and names the first plan that has it. What you recorded with it on a higher plan stays readable and exportable; a function that only shows something, such as the statistics by tag or the financial plans, stays closed.

Good to know

A limit never deletes anything. Customers over the free plan’s limit stay stored and frozen: you see them, export them and they stay on their documents, but you cannot edit them or put them on a new document.

Until the operator starts paid plans, an account has every function. The date is announced at least 30 days ahead, and the Plan page shows it.

A plan is bought on this page with “Choose this plan”; see “Buy a plan, extra users or API requests”.

Through the API, the account’s /plan address gives the plan, its functions and limits, and the account’s details give the requests used (apiCallsLimit and apiCallsUsed).
