Buy a plan, extra users or API requests

Choose a plan on the Plan page, say who pays, check the summary and pay on the payment provider’s page.

Step by step

  1. Open “Plan” and choose “Choose this plan” on the plan you want, monthly or yearly. Extra users are bought with “Buy users” and API requests with “Buy the pack”.
  2. The order starts with the period and the payment methods: a payment card, saved for the renewals. Nothing else is added unless you choose it.
  3. Under “Who pays”, say whether you buy as a consumer or as a business, and fill in the country, the postal code and, for a business, its company and tax numbers. The details are prefilled from the account’s billing details. A business outside the EU also confirms the buyer’s declaration.
  4. Pick the currency your country allows, such as CZK or EUR in the EU, and agree to receive tax documents electronically.
  5. A consumer may ask us to start the service at once, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. A business accepts the terms, the limitation of liability, the automatic renewal and the change clause, each with its own tick.
  6. Choose “Show the order summary”, then “Review the order”, where you can still change what you buy or who pays, and “Continue to payment”.
  7. Pay on the payment provider’s page, whose button completes the order. You come back to a page that says the order is paid, and the confirmation with the terms comes by e-mail.

Good to know

Prices show in your country’s currency: a consumer sees them with the tax of their country, a business before tax. Where the payment page converts the price into your own currency, the Plan page says so.

A Czech company registered less than twelve months ago gets the starter price for the first year of a yearly plan; the order says so and states, before payment, the regular price from the second year.

Customers in some countries pay through Stripe’s Managed Payments, where Link issues the invoices.

Through the API, the account’s billing/payer and billing/orders addresses do the same; a creating call takes an Idempotency-Key.
