Change or cancel the plan

A higher plan starts at once, a lower one at the end of the paid period, and a cancelled plan runs to its end.

Step by step

On the Plan page, choose “Switch to this plan” on another plan.
For a higher plan, “Switch and pay” charges the difference for the rest of the paid period to the saved card, and the plan changes at once.
For a lower plan, the page lists first the paid functions that will stop and what is over the new limits, then “Schedule the change” moves you at the end of the paid period.
A scheduled change is withdrawn with “Keep the plan …”.
To stop the renewal, open “Billing” and choose “Cancel subscription”. The plan runs until the end of the paid period, then the account moves to the free plan with all its data.

Archiving the account also stops the renewal at the end of the period. Reactivating an account whose paid plan has ended buys one month of that plan.

Closing the account ends the subscription at once and refunds what commerce’s rules refund, unused API requests included.
