Billing: plan, card and invoices
Everything about what the account pays for: the plan and its renewal, the card, the invoices and the purchases you may still withdraw from.
Step by step
- Open “Billing” in the sidebar. Only the account’s owners see it.
- The plan says its state and when it renews, for how much. A failed renewal, an unpaid subscription and a cancelled one each say what happens next.
- Under “Card”, choose “Change card” to pay with another card; an unpaid renewal is charged to the new card at once.
- Under “Invoices”, choose “Download PDF” for an invoice of ours, or “View invoice” for an invoice from Link.
- When we ask once a year for the buyer’s declaration again, the page shows it with “Confirm the declaration” and the date to do it by.
Good to know
An unpaid subscription first runs a grace period. Then creating and issuing invoices, proformas and quotes and the recurring invoices stop, while payments, corrections and cancellations go on; the API answers 402. Paying lifts it at once, and no data is ever touched.
If your business’s tax status cannot be validated again, the subscription ends at the end of its period and the page offers the plan again in the way your country allows.
