The registration offer, discount codes and the bonus
A new account may take a discount on its first paid month, an order takes a discount code, and the first-run guide may add a bonus of AI extractions.
Step by step
- While the account has a registration offer, the account’s owners see it on the “Plan” page: each plan’s regular and discounted price, and the date and time the offer ends, in your time zone with its offset from UTC. An order placed by then takes the offer without a code.
- Ordering a plan during the trial starts its paid period on the day of payment and ends the trial. The offer lasts a week beyond the trial, so you may also order once the trial ends.
- To use a discount code, enter it under “Discount code” when you start the order. A code that cannot be used says why before you pay, for example that it has expired or does not apply to the plan or period.
- Before you pay, the order summary shows the discounted price, how long the discount lasts and the regular price after it.
- While a discount runs, the “Plan” page says until when and what the plan costs after it. Changing the plan ends the discount: an upgrade at once, a move to a lower plan when the current period ends.
- At the end of the first-run guide the account may get a bonus of AI extractions. It shows in the inbox beside the month’s extractions and the packs, is used after the month’s extractions and does not expire.
Good to know
An order takes one reduction: the registration offer, the starter price of a young company or a code, whichever charges less; the order says which.
The bonus is given once per account and only while AI extraction is open to the account. It is not renewed, and unused bonus extractions are not refunded.
Through the API, the account’s plan/offer address gives the offer to its owners, billing/orders takes discountCode, and plan/bonus grants the bonus once.
