Statistics
Income, expenses and the result by month, quarter or year, against the previous period.
Step by step
- Open “Statistics”. Under “Basic”, pick the year and, under “Period”, months, quarters or years.
- Under “Counted by”, choose issue, taxable supply, payment or cash flow, and under “Amounts” without VAT, with VAT or VAT only.
- Below the chart, a table by period shows the change against the previous period. “Download the table (Excel)” saves it.
- Counted by cash flow, open a month in the table to see its breakdown by tag.
- “By tag” adds up income and expenses per tag; a tag opens its own page with a chart and its documents.
- “Rankings” shows the largest customers, debtors, suppliers and creditors of the year. “Cost centres” adds up income and expenses line by line, under each line’s cost centre or job.
Good to know
Counted by issue, taxable supply or payment, a non-deductible expense does not count. Counted by cash flow, and in “Largest suppliers”, every expense counts.
A document with two tags counts under both in “By tag”, and under its first tag only in a month’s breakdown.
“Cost centres” shows figures once cost centres are on in the settings.
