The account overview

What goes on in the account on one page: income and expenses, what comes in and goes out, unpaid documents and to-dos.

Step by step

  1. Open “Overview”. The panel “Income and expenses” shows a chart with the result; switch its period right in the panel.
  2. “Next 30 days” adds up what comes in and goes out by the due dates. “Unpaid and overdue” shows invoices and expenses.
  3. “Bank balances” shows each bank account’s balance and the total, “To-dos” what needs your attention, and “Latest invoices” the documents issued last.
  4. Choose “Arrange panels”. Hide, add and move panels up or down.
  5. Under “The chart by”, choose months, quarters or years, and under “Counted by” whether the chart counts by issue, taxable supply, payment or cash flow, or shows issued, paid and unpaid income. Choose “Save”.
  6. “Reset to default” brings the panels back to their original arrangement.

Good to know

Only you see your arrangement of the panels; each member of the account sets their own.

The bank balances show only to those the owner opened them to under “Settings” › “Bank and matching”.

With a financial plan, the overview also shows how the current month keeps to it.
