- Charges besides the price
The prices shown include consumption tax. Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.
- Payment methods
Credit or debit card. Payment runs through Stripe Managed Payments, and Sold through Link, LLC receives it as the merchant of record.
- Payment timing
In advance, at the order. A plan that renews automatically is charged to the saved card on each renewal date.
- When the service is provided
Immediately once the payment is complete.
- Returns and cancellation
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, that is of the payment, without giving a reason, with the "Withdraw from the contract" button on the billing page, through the link in the order's e-mail, or by any clear statement.
If the consumer asked us to start the service now, within the withdrawal period, they pay for the time the service was provided until the withdrawal; without that request we refund the whole amount. Unused units of a pack are refunded.
We refund within 14 days of the withdrawal, the way the consumer paid.
- Cancellation and renewal
A plan renews automatically for the same period, a month or a year, and is charged to the saved card until it is cancelled. The minimum term is the period chosen.
It can be cancelled at any time on the billing page, which stops the next renewal; the paid period runs to its end.
- Operating environment
A device connected to the internet and a current version of a web browser.
