Import and export items

Step by step

1. 01Open “Stock” › “Import” and choose “Download the template”. The part “Columns” describes each column.
2. 02Fill in the file: columns are separated by semicolons and the first line names them. A line whose SKU an item already has updates that item; any other line creates one.
3. 03Choose the file under “CSV file with items”. After the import you see which lines created items and which updated them.
4. 04When a line is wrong, the whole file is refused and nothing changes. Fix the lines listed and import it again.
5. 05Under “Stock” › “Export”, choose which items you want and, if you like, what the name, SKU or article number contains, and choose “Download CSV”. The file has the import’s columns, so it imports back.
