Write to us
Send us a message from your account, and the answer comes to your e-mail.
Step by step
- In the top bar, open the help menu, the question mark, and choose “Write to us”. The command palette has it too.
- A form opens in your account. Fill in the subject and write your message.
- The form shows the e-mail we answer to and within how many working days the answer comes.
- Send the message.
- Your earlier messages are listed under the form. The answer comes to your e-mail.
Good to know
Short answers to everyday questions open with “Help centre” in the same menu.
