To-dos and the bell
What needs your attention in the account, from an undelivered e-mail to a stock item under its minimum; the bell in the top bar counts what is open.
Step by step
- The bell in the top bar counts the open to-dos. Choose it to open “To-dos”.
- The tabs sort them by topic: “All”, “Payments”, “Reminders”, “Undelivered e-mails”, “Contacts”, “Expenses”, “Stock”, “Deals”, “Taxes” and “Other”, each with its count.
- Each to-do says what happened and leads where to act, for example “Open the document” and “Send again” for an e-mail that could not be delivered, “Open the contact” for a contact in insolvency, or “Resolve…” for a payment that was not matched.
- Once it is dealt with, choose “Mark resolved”. The bell counts one less.
- “Resolved” lists the resolved to-dos with who resolved them and when; “Reopen” brings one back, and “Open to-dos” returns to the list.
Good to know
The owner, an editor and an accountant resolve to-dos; a reader only sees them. A payment that was not matched has no “Mark resolved”: “Resolve…” opens it to match it.
Resolving and reopening are written to “Events”, which lists what happened to documents, payments, contacts and to-dos in the account.
The morning summary tells you about new to-dos by e-mail, on the topics you choose under “Settings” › “Notifications”.
